Refund policy

If you're not completely happy with your Origin order, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of your first order, even if the bottle is open.

Reach us via our contact page with your order email and a short note. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

The guarantee covers your first subscription order. You can cancel future deliveries at any time; see our cancellation policy.
